Last year I was living in Notodden in Telemark, when I went to school there. This is in the east of Norway, and it took me 5 hour to drive over the mountain between east and vest of Norway every weekend, to come home to my family.
I took this picture once I had to take the "old road" outside the tunnel, because of roadwork inside the tunnel.
I drove my car over (usually I went by bus, 6 hours), and this is in May or early June I think. You can still see there is a bit of snow on the mountain top, and it was much more exiting driving there, instead of all the tunnels.
